Terms of Use

Effective July 21, 2026

These terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your license to use Memini. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

Memini Pro

Memini Pro offers an auto-renewing annual subscription and a non-consumable lifetime purchase. Both unlock the Pro features described in the app at the time of purchase. Available terms, trial eligibility, and prices are displayed by the App Store in your local currency before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can change or cancel a plan in Apple subscription settings. The lifetime option is charged once and does not renew. Deleting Memini does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in Memini to recover eligible annual or lifetime access.

Your content and backups

You retain ownership of content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights to imported material and for keeping exports or device backups appropriate to your needs. Do not use Memini to violate law or another person’s rights.

Memini’s Privacy Policy explains how local study content and purchase information are handled.
